This role will provide the team with finishes expertise for composite assemblies and well as secondary composites lamination support (will provide training) to balance out task work.

The role of General Production Technician is vital to the continued growth of Materials Sciences LLC and its service in the defense of the United States of America. Reinforced Polymer Molding Engineer

Conduct and lead daily press-molding operations, equipment maintenance, and scheduling for reinforced polymer parts. Capable of operating molding equipment and possess and understand production machine controls. Design and test prototype tooling and materials for new product development. Develop tooling inspection procedures. Select and confirm availability of all materials and components. Develop process documents and work instructions. Work with engineering and quality to confirm quality of manufactured components. Troubleshoot molds, machines and processes. Maintain equipment.
