Our abilities make the difference

Through development of our own software, building processing lines, and strategic equipment acquisitions, we possess powerful vertical integration of man and machine.

We hone customer requirements using a palette of in-house resources and capabilities, or we approach our extensive network of government, industry, and academic partners for joint solutions. The creative application of our notable capabilities has saved our customers and the US taxpayer millions of dollars over time.

additives capabilities

Additive Manufacturing. Low Cost. High Volume. Advanced Designs. Added Value.

We possess a wide array of additive manufacturing technologies to support the research, development, and production of composite and metallic structures. In addition to facilitating our own concepts and design, we also support advanced research that defines the future of advanced manufacturing.
Some of our additive manufacturing capabilities include:
injection molding
Our small-format, advanced fiber-reinforced thermoplastic materials enable low-cost, high-performance prototypes.
compression molding
We have small- to medium-format fiber-reinforced thermoset and thermoplastic component fabrication capability to support your R&D and low-rate production and full rate requirements.
3D Polymer Printers
Our diverse-filament, small-format 3D polymer printers facilitate cost-effective and accelerated proof-of-concept demonstrators. They are also used to produce select tooling and prototypes.
3D Metallic Additive Manufacturing
Our high-temperature additive manufacturing machine offers the ability to fabricate parts requiring ultra-high heat and wear needs for hypersonic and space applications.
Composite Wovens
Our proprietary, advanced composite textiles are deployed in some of the world’s most important equipment. We have fiber twister, warper, and looms under-roof.
